Sanatan Mandir (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a devotional mobile application that provides spiritual and religious content such as daily darshan, bhajans, mantras, devotional videos, temple information, Chadhava and Pooja booking services, and related features. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
We collect your phone number when you choose to log in using OTP-based authentication. When you book a Chadhava or Pooja, we collect personal details such as your name and gotra, as provided by you. This information is used only for devotional and ritual purposes. We do not collect your email address unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, through feedback or support requests).
If you choose to sign in using Google Login, we may receive basic profile information such as your name and email address, as permitted by Google. This information is used only for authentication and profile display purposes and is not shared with third parties except as required for app functionality.
We may collect information about how you use the app, including screens viewed, features used, session duration, and interaction data. This data helps us improve the app experience and app performance.
We may collect device-related information such as device model, operating system, app version, anonymous device identifiers, and advertising identifiers for analytics, performance monitoring, app stability, and displaying advertisements, where applicable.
Sanatan Mandir may collect approximate or precise location information (such as latitude, longitude, city, state, or postal code) only with your permission. Location access is optional and can be denied or revoked at any time through your device settings.
Location information is used to provide location-based spiritual features, including region-specific Panchang, nearby temples, devotional content, and related services. We do not continuously track your location and do not collect background location data.
